Tomato and chicken broth, shredded chicken, chickpeas, carrots, and green beans. Seasoned with epazote and chipotle, and served with avocado slices and cheese.
SECOND COURSE
CHILE RELLENO
Poblano pepper filled with cheese on three corn tortillas, topped with avocado and fresh pico de gallo and side of beans. Your choice of protein or vegetarian.

Grilled Carne Asada! Thinly sliced, grilled AAA beef served with fresh tortillas, guacamole, grilled cactus, rice, and chiles toreados.
